*For overseas deliveries, do note that customers are required to make their own payment for customs clearance, dependent on the customs regulations for each country. You will be notified directly via email or mobile number if payment is necessary.

• All delivery will be fulfilled within one month from Date of Order unless stated otherwise, or unless there is a delay caused by reasons or circumstances beyond the control of Illumia Medical.
• Delivery shall take place within the stipulated date from Order Confirmation. In the event of an overwhelming demand or delivery is otherwise unavailable, Illumia Medical reserves the right to reschedule the time and/or date of delivery and will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time and/or date.
• You are responsible for ensuring that a recipient is present to receive the delivery. Any additional deliveries will incur a delivery fee based on the above delivery charge (as the case may be) per delivery at your expense.
• There will be a re-delivery charge imposed on you in case of any changes in delivery details after the delivery has been made.
