We will accept the exchange of damaged items in transit. To be eligible for the exchange, you must first email to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item to inform us of the damage and provide a photo to prove the damaged item. After receiving your email, we will ship the replacement item to you. Exchanges are only allowed once.
Kindly write to us to request for an order cancellation and we’ll take care of it. We are only able to process cancellations provided that the order has not been shipped and is within 24 hours of order placement. Any requests for cancellation submitted thereafter will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
